2. Pineapple
Pineapple is a super healthy fruit but comprises a rich amount of bromelain which causes the softening of the cervix and may induce early labor. Because of this, it should be kept away from pregnant women. Eating a lot of pineapples can cause stomach problems like diarrhea, resulting in dehydration.
3. Grapes
Grapes have heat-producing properties, which can affect both the mother and the baby. It is also the presence of a compound known as resveratrol, which is known to elevate hormonal imbalance during this period.
